Because of the increasing interest in Turkey as a place of
holiday, many British people tend to buy property in Turkey,
particularly in its Southern parts. This interest raises a
need for consultancy about the legal aspects of selling
property to foreigners.
As it is everywhere, such business matters are open to
exploitation. There are people or agents who can be trusted
while buying property. However, it should not be forgotten
that there are many more people who cannot be trusted while
buying propery.
